General participation and
lottery terms |

The property shall be transferred to the winner free from monetary charges. The
property is partly furnished. No warranty is assumed for the lottery property,
however the property is in excellent condition and 100% habitable. |

Account
Payment shall be made exclusively to the indicated account.

The transfer of title rights in the Land Registry to the winner of this lottery
shall be effected by notary. All costs, taxes and fees in connection with the
lottery and the transfer of title to the winner shall be borne by the owner of
the lottery property. |

Participation conditions
Participation is open to legal and natural persons of full age, minimum age
18.
Multiple registration and participation is possible. Participation shall be
subject to successful registration on the homepage and payment of the amount
equivalent to the number of tickets requested

The ticket numbers will be issued in the sequence of the receipt of the payment
into the account.

General
All the details recorded during registration will be used exclusively for the
present lottery and will not be communicated to third parties.

Additional explication from the Organizer:
The invested amount of the cost of the ticket is expressly none refundable
despite its disproportionately high cost. This also applies in the event of the
lottery not been successful due to insufficient ticket sales. Of course given
the economic and moral interests of the organizer wishes to see a successful
outcome to this campaign with view to holding more lotteries in the future
The organizer of this lottery offers to his clients (the owner of properties) an
innovative solution to market and sell his property portfolio. It is important
to underline, that any natural or legal person who wishes to participate in the
lottery must be able to cope with the loss of the invested amount in the
purchase of the tickets, comparable to the state lottery. However it is clear
that this lottery offers a greater chance of winning than in the state lottery.
If you buy 1 ticket your chance of winning will be 1:12.000, if you buy 2
tickets your chance of winning will be increased by 50 % to 1:6.000, 3 tickets
means it will increase again to 1:4.000 and e.g. buying 12 tickets would
increase your chance of winning to 1:1.000 etc.
The organizer does not want to create false expectations or make unrealistic or
untrue statements. Basically this lottery is organized with the initial ideas to
help their client to sell the property at a fair price, considering the changing
situation in today’s economy. If this helps to make people happy, we can
consider it even more rewarding! Because there will be a winner of the apartment
or a winner of money and a significant donation to charity.
Should not enough tickets be sold within the planned time period from now until
15.03.2012, the time period of the lottery can be extended for another 6 months
(maximum) in order to reach the targeted number of tickets. Should this
extension not be adequate to reach the target, the winner of the lottery will
receive, instead of the property, the revenue from the ticket sales, minus the
costs incurred by the organiser. Also, in this event, the organiser will have
the right to donate up to a maximum of 30% of the revenue to charity. The
organiser will suggest up to 10 charitable foundations and the participants can
choose to which one it goes to. It will be decided by way of a majority vote |

Legal venue
The present transaction is subject to British law exclusively, and the court in
London will have jurisdiction.

Any other recourse to courts of law is excluded. |
