This is not an isolated lottery as the owner of the property also owns many other properties. The raffle organizer is well aware that only a good reputation can provide a lasting success. Therefore, the organizer will make every effort to ensure that the first lottery held in the history of his company is run with speed, reliability and success.
A viewing of the property is in principle possible.
Please understand that visits must be arranged on specific days (e.g. once a week or on special occasions that the organizer will announce). Unfortunately it will not be possible everyday due to the investment of time that would be required to do that. However the apartment and residential complex can be viewed from outside at any time.
The main purpose of the organizer is to provide an excellent service to each participant, we will do our best to answer all questions as quickly and compressively as possible.

The organizer reserves the right to leave some questions unanswered in cases where the question does not deserve an answer or if the query is not serious.

Yes, each participant can purchase as many tickets as they like. There is no limit imposed by the organizer.
The ticket becomes valid as soon as we have received payment. The processing takes place in the order of payment.
It is obvious that the chance of winning is many times higher than the chance to win the state lottery.
If you buy 1 ticket your chance of winning will be 1:12.000, if you buy 2 tickets your chance of winning will be increased by 50 % to 1:6.000, 3 tickets means it will increase again to 1:4.000 and e.g. buying 12 tickets would increase your chance of winning to 1:1.000 etc.
Should not enough tickets be sold within the planned time period from now until 15.09.2012, the winner of the lottery will receive, instead of the property, the revenue from the ticket sales, minus the costs incurred by the organiser.
During the first year the winner will not incur any costs because all the taxes and levies will be borne by the organizer. Also the second year is free of any cost directly associated with the apartment, as the organizer wants to give the winner enough time to celebrate his/her victory and so that he/she has time to decide what to do in the future with the apartment.
The organizer will also be happy to provide any advice to the winner for free, if he/she so wishes.
From the second year onwards, the capital gains tax that may arise for the winner in Spain or in his/her country of residence depending on their actual tax status, will not be satisfied by the organizer.
There is no lottery known where the organizer takes care of expenses in the second year. If there was one it would be an exception.
Yes, provided that the person is 18 years old and fully competent. The winner can reside in the property himself, let it, donate it or sell it.
