The lottery participant
shall be responsible for
ensuring that the details
entered are correct. |
The lottery will start on the 25.09.2011 and the
draw will take place as quickly as possible when the
minimum amount of 12.000 tickets has been sold. The
winner will be drawn under the control of a Notary
and notified initially by email only. The winner
must then contact the organizers using an address
that only he/she (the winner) will receive in the
initial email from the organizers. The winner must
make contact within 30 days of the receipt of the
initial email in order to receive the price as
quickly as possible.
If after the first 30 days the winner has not
contacted the organizers of the raffle, the
organizers will attempt to contact the winner by
alternative means, provided the organizers have
alternative contact details. This second term will
last two additional weeks. If the winner has not
claimed the prize after these two additional weeks
he/she (the winner) will lose all rights to the
prize. In this case, the organizer will repeat the
draw, choosing a new winner, following the same
procedures and deadlines described above. This
process will be repeated until the price has been
successfully awarded. .
The ticket number will be published on the homepage
of this website.
The lottery draw shall take place in the presence of
the media. The raffle organizers would appreciate if
the winner consents to having his/her name and
photos published. However, the organizer voluntarily
abstains to do so, if the winner does not agree.
For safety reasons and in order to comply with laws
on data protection, the organizer agrees not to
publish the data of the participants or the winner
on the website or elsewhere, unless the winner or
participant gives his/her written consent agreement.
Extra lottery – terms and conditions
The extra lottery of 1000 Euros is subject to the
following additional terms and conditions.
The extra lottery is valid for tickets registered
and paid between the 26th of April 2012 00:01 and
the 29th of May 2012 23:59.
To participate in the extra lottery of 1000 Euros it
is necessary to register and buy one or more
ticket(s) and pay before the 30th of May 2012.
The winning registration number (last five digits)
is the number which is closest to the winning
lottery number (last five digits) of the ONCE
lottery on the 30th of May 2012.
In case of more than 1 winner, the 1000 € will be
equally divided between the winners.
Note: The complete
automatic computer generated ticket number does
exist only once, but the last five digits could
coincide. This has happened already in our first
special draw on 1st of December 2011.
